ABOUT HOT HARLEY NIGHTS
Over the past eighteen years, Hot Harley Nights has become a tradition in Sioux Falls that’s grown to bring thousands of generous people together each year in support of children with life-threatening medical conditions. We believe raising awareness and funding for Make-A-Wish® South Dakota is definitely a cause worth rallying around.
This year, the 19th Annual Hot Harley Nights is scheduled for July 10-13 in Sioux Falls. The event
will feature a huge motorcycle parade spanning over 6.7 miles in Sioux Falls, a casino run, live music, motorcycle raffle, bike show, silent auction, a variety of great food and an outdoor party at Falls Park West.
Our first year saw 250 participants and a handful of enthusiastic volunteers. This year we expect over 40,000 enthusiasts from across the United States and Canada.
We have hundreds of volunteers and organizations who sign up to help a year in advance. Many lifelong friendships have been made at Hot Harley Nights and many, many wishes have been granted. In total, over $1.8 million has been raised.
Our goal is to help as many children and families as possible receive a special “wish” through Make-A-Wish® South Dakota. We thank you for joining us on this amazing journey of care, compassion and camaraderie. An event like this could not happen without people like you. As long as there are kids who need wishes, we will all have a reason to ride.

So…what is the Chive all about?
The Chive is about community.
It’s about being part of something bigger than ourselves.
A community where misfits, hooligans, jocks, geeks, and all walks of life can assemble.
A community where we pay it forward through random acts of kindness.
It’s an underground, social network. A family.
It’s about coming through for charity and supporting one another in times of need through humor and optimism.
We are offensive yet classy.
We know how to tell a joke and how to take one well.
Chiver’s and Chivette’s come in all shapes and sizes.
We don’t discriminate, we show acceptance and embrace the atypical.
We show traits such as individualism, weirdness, and eccentricity.
We don’t wear masks. What you see is what you get. But we do wear the best damn tee shirts to ever be sold.
Chive on Sioux Falls is about our community.
It’s about uniting local talent, resources, and ideas to host kick ass parties.
Parties where we can let loose, consume too much alcohol, let our hair down, and encourage controlled chaos.
We would love to hear from you regarding anything that’s on your mind such as:
